Who is facilitating the course?

My name is Lissa Pickles, I am a qualified NLP practitioner and Meditation teacher, affiliated with the British School of Meditation. My purpose is to help people, just like you, to live a more balanced and fulfilled life by teaching you meditation and other techniques. Using these techniques will help improve your whole well-being, enabling you to deal with everyday stresses and anxieties, which can sometimes consume us daily

Let me help you bring calm and mindfulness to your everyday life through the simple techniques I will teach over the 6 weeks.

Who is this course for?

The course is open to both beginners of meditation and those who have meditated before. 

The only course requirement is that you commit to every session and practice mindfulness and meditation on a daily basis (building up to 20 minutes by the end of the course).

I will provide you with downloads of the weekly meditations we do in each session to use in your daily home meditation practice. You will also receive weekly handouts and a journal to help you keep a note of how your home practice is developing, as well as a one to one 30 minute mentoring session.
