What to Do After the Course

After completing the Introducing Mindfulness workshop, you may wish to continue your journey by joining an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course with me, either online or at the Sanctuary of Healing in Langho, starting in January 2026. This follow-on course offers a deeper exploration of mindfulness practices and their benefits in everyday life.
