One-to-One Mindfulness

A personalised mindfulness programme, tailored to you

Alongside my 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses, I also offer one-to-one mindfulness programmes for individuals who would benefit from a more tailored and personalised approach.

Working within the MBSR framework, sessions are adapted to your individual needs and circumstances. This may include support with stress, anxiety, chronic pain, or a desire to develop a more grounded, balanced and connected way of living through mindfulness practice.

Sessions can be held in person or online.


How One-to-One Mindfulness Works

Following an initial consultation, we will explore whether a one-to-one MBSR programme feels like the right fit for you. If we decide to work together, the course is delivered over eight weekly sessions, each lasting one hour.

While the structure and integrity of the MBSR programme are maintained, sessions are shaped around your experience, pace and priorities.


What the Programme Includes

  • Eight one-hour individual sessions
  • A structured introduction to mindfulness meditation and mindful awareness
  • Practices to support regulation, awareness and resilience
  • A course manual outlining weekly themes, exercises and resources
  • Access to guided meditations to support home practice
  • Ongoing support between sessions for questions or reflections

Home Practice

To support the benefits of the programme, participants are invited to engage in daily mindfulness practice of up to 30 minutes, alongside simple reflective journalling.

This practice helps integrate mindfulness into everyday life and provides space to notice patterns, challenges and insights, which we can explore together during sessions.


Is One-to-One Mindfulness Right for You?

This approach may be particularly supportive if you:

  • Prefer a private, individual setting
  • Would benefit from a tailored pace or focus
  • Are you working with stress, anxiety or ongoing health challenges
  • Want structured support while developing a personal mindfulness practice

No prior mindfulness experience is required.
